A cookie is a small piece of text a website stores in your browser. This page explains the ones this booking system uses, and why.
Strictly necessary cookies
These are set automatically and keep the booking system working. They can't be switched off, because the site can't function without them:

Payment cookies
When you pay by card, our payment processor, Stripe, may set its own cookies in your browser to detect fraud and process the payment securely. These are set by Stripe, not by us, and are covered by Stripe's own privacy policy.
What we don't use
We don't currently use advertising or analytics cookies of any kind — nothing tracks you around the web, and nothing is sold to advertisers. If that ever changes, this page will be updated first, and the cookie banner will ask for your choice again.
Your choice
The banner shown on your first visit records whether you accept or reject cookies. Everything listed above is needed for the thing you're actually doing — signing in, holding a slot, taking a payment — so there's nothing non-essential to switch off today. We ask anyway, and record your answer, so that if we ever add something non-essential (analytics, say), your existing choice already applies and you won't be asked to accept it by default. You can also block or delete cookies at any time from your browser's own settings.
